Powerwashed Deck

Powerwash: Decking

About 10 years ago, my client had this deck built on to the back of their home to extend their use in their backyard.

It’s held up well but it definitely has taken a bit of beating. Especially with our wet winter, muddy lawn and two big dogs. I was able to use the powerwasher on it and remove a lot of mud from the deck, as well as some algae from where water had pooled under furniture that had just started to grow.

Powerwashed Siding

Powerwash: Vinyl Siding

My client’s house was built in the early 70’s and has had the back of the house sided with vinyl.

This spring, they noticed that the vinyl was “greening” itself up and asked me to powerwash it clean for them. What a difference the wash made on the siding! My client was thrilled with how clean it looked.

Loose Front Railing

Loose Front Railing

My client in London, ON client has a wrought iron railing on their front step that had become extremely loose. Given the safety concerns, they reached out to me and I was able to secure and firm up the railing. It no longer shakes or wobbles and the concrete holding it in place has stopped cracking and pebbling. The railing is now secure for all guests and delivery people to use at any time.
